What a way to end 2018!

Just wanted to wish you all a happy new years and fantastic 2019!

Have you got your goals sorted for 2019?

If not, your not alone and yet it's a very simple process!!

I just spent 30 minutes working on a client project that netted me almost $20. This might not sound like a lot but in reality it has a huge impact on my goals for 2019!

Do you know what your goals are? Mine are simple! MAKE MONEY ONLINE!

This sounds a little absurd since I'm talking about working for someone else and making money, but did you know there are MILLIONS of ways of making money online that don't involve affiliate marketing?

Yes I know, you've heard about surveys! Well don't get me wrong - 1 hour a day on an old account can buy my groceries for a week taking surveys and don't thing for one second the "guru's arn't taking surveys to help with their income!

People don't realise that the 60 days guarantee they put on their profits mean people go hungry for the 60 days in between pay day unless they happen to have 60 days income stored up or actually haven't given up their day job yet!

Yes, this means less time to devote to your online business and more time with a boss, but say you made $50 a day in surveys (and I know someone making $100 in local Woolworths vouchers with a VERY old account). But any money online is worth it isn't it!?

So, how did I make almost $20 making a list of questions? By freelancing! I have skills – we all have skills, just how do you market those and how do know the people that will pay for those skills? First of all, you have to know what is a NEEDED SKILL? Is your grandmas cookie recipe going to make you trillions of dollars online when it needs a bakery and shop front?... probably not unless you have unnerving traffic skills and can sell the recipe!

Most people don't have those traffic know hows, so the best bet to working wherever you want, whenever you want is to work out what skills you have and who actually will pay for them in a VIRTUAL METHOD!!! that is Virtual Assistant or Customer service associate or WHATEVER your skills actually are!!!

And many will say the market is saturated with low cost Asian based personnel who will do what you do for $3 an hour.. I say don't work for those clients who are seeking that! First of all that market is actually totally saturated, secondly you are worth more, and you should be working for people who know what your actually worth! So you may not get the first gig you go for, but how about landing 1 worth $30 an hour with full time ongoing work, which might be the 10^th or 18^th person you apply to work for! In all honesty, to maximise your time online and develop the skills you need to be applying to jobs that suit you that actually pay what your worth because then you get the momentum to build your own empire – which may even in turn hire the company you work for!

There are many freelance websites around, pick which one works for you and go for it! You only have yourself to stop you!

Yup – I'm totally crazy, but if just 1 crazy person found a way to beat the system you would want to know right!?

There are a lot of gimmicks out there and even more Guru's trying to sell you VERY high cost coaching which all seems great and all, but what if you didn't need it? What if you could have access to a resource that could simplify the process and get all the traffic you ever needed from say just 1 or 2 sources?

I have the solution and you have the ability – YES, I believe in you!

Sorry – I'm not calling it “secret sauce” - just honest training that will see you succeed if you simply follow what they teach! So Simple, yet so many people get it wrong!

So, I'm also going to help you with some learning strategies so you feel confident to learn and follow the steps (all my years as a teacher has to be worth something right?)

1. Set an overall goal or have the bigger picture in mind of what you want to get out of the training! Do you want to learn new skills? Is this purely educational so you know what your competition is doing? Have you just started out and don't know anything at all? Depending on what your goals or objectives are for the training is actually what you will get out of the training. It will also give you a starting point to build objectivity and ask questions that will be of benefit to your career – rather than just blindly watching a few videos and doing a couple of things to find out you missed the point and give up!
2. Set the scene for good learning. Remember in grade 3 when they were teaching you how to write on paper with a pencil? Sit straight, legs square to the chair and feet flat on the floor with your paper at a slight angle? You will have to come up with a comfortable and productive way to learn that doesn't involve mocha's and iced tea, but real structure in your environment so you don't get fatigued and you actually know where everything is (and can find it!)
3. Set up your learning framework! Yes, this sounds like school essay writing I know! But just because you did it at school doesn't mean there isn't actually value to it even outside the field of study! (shock horror, your education was actually worth it after all!!) So you probably know your either a visual learner or auditory or physical... how will you set up your learning framework to best suit how you actually learn? Will you use a note book and write notes or will you create diagrams and charts or how about taking notes and making audio recordings so you can listen to them later? It all seems pretty simple, but if you have a way of learning that works for you and has seen success, why would you not target that way of learning for your business?
4. Focus and question what you hear critically and ask yourself – how will these techniques actually benefit or detract from my overall goals? Sometimes what your taught doesn't align with your goals (such as not spending 60 hours per week on the social media rabbit hole or living overseas and not automating your efforts) Ask critical questions based on your goals and you will see great improvement not just in your bank balance, but actually in your happiness, mood, relationships, life...

So I would say you definitely need this training – I would say the bonuses are actually some of the best I've ever seen, but just remember they have to work for you, not just the Guru! Have a go, you won't lose anything!

Goals for 2019 and beyond

It's getting to the end of the 2018 and many people are starting to wonder - What is it that will make their lives more fun, easier, free, creative and just better!

With Christmas over and 2019 on the way now is the time to plan, create and dream! (Just how do you do that with all that Turkey in your Tummy though - I'll leave you to work out those details!)

So what's the first thing I get asked when people choose to make their lives better? CAN I REALLY DO IT?

My response is always the same! Do YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and your abilities and believe you are a true and honest person? These questions are critical in the online business world! Not just because you have to live with yourself and your actions, but because other people have to live with the decisions they make based on your opinions, advice and products and if they don't believe in you and trust you, your edging ever closer to the title "scammer of the year 2019" every time you sell something (and lets be honest, your no scammer!) Your a legitimate business owner giving real value to people to see their own success!

So the next questions are how do I get started? What do I do and what do I sell? Can I get someone to do my blog work and SEO? Can I really work 1 hour a day and make $1000? Well, Some are yes and some are no answers – but the real determining factor in all of this is what is your motivation and what are your goals (or the bigger picture?)

Realistically, your not going to make a $1000 a day in 2 weeks unless you have some mysterious buying traffic source and from the totally unproven quotes I've received we're talking a MINIMUM $1 per LEAD – not BUYER (just want to clarify, this is NOT sustainable, totally hit and miss and the people selling these leads are making WAY more money off you than you are seeing in return!)

So what exactly is it that I tell people to start with? A Plan, A Vision and A Goal – then you layer it up with a woven web of relevant traffic sources that over time build up interest in your well thought out and relevant content and products and THEN you start seeing money come in! But the key here is really to have a unique plan and vision with achievable goals and then work hard at creating the most relevant, engaging and honest content you can produce (leave out the copy and paste work!!)



Of course there are plenty of ways to get some help, or even monetise your journey without an office job! I'm assuming your pretty creative, have a good grasp of at least 1 language and even have an eye for design! If you've got Office Skills and a laptop that can even help you out as well! I'm talking freelancing. Probably don't waste your time SELLING on Fiverr as I've found far more success on places like Upwork and Freelancer.com.au where you can actually start charging a living rate right off the bat if your skills are adept and your professional, communicative and hard working! But when you get stuck on your own projects, that's when Fiverr comes in handy or you can even set up a client account with the freelancer sites and channel the money into your own freelancer who if your smart can help you with not just your blog, but your clients allowing you to scale up! (FYI, Upwork allows agencies so you will be able to grow to multiple freelancers and bigger pay days!)

You can start in 2019 – you can be successful and I do believe in you and your honest, trustworthiness and the value you provide to others!

Millions of people are listening to the "Guru's" making big bucks and paying through the nose for outdated, unusable and just bad hacks that don't go anywhere or make money online!

I'm one of them... Yup... I have probably spent over $10K on these "Gurus" who swear you can just copy and paste and you will have everything they do!

Right now I'm listening to ANOTHER webinar about affiliate marketing that is telling people to go on Facebook and buy adds for traffic! This is just totally crazy!

What are the right things? TOP SECRET (don't tell anyone!) - It is TOTALLY DEPENDANT ON YOUR NICHE AND YOUR UNIQUE SKILL SET, INTERESTS AND GOALS....

Although everyone can do with a helpful tool or two in the tool belt - they have to WORK FOR YOU - Not just the Guru!

Nobody is telling you this because they won't make money if you don't buy every gimmicky training video series or app. Why would you believe a Guru who is actually trying to sell you something?

FYI: I'm NOT a Guru - I'm a 32 year woman living in Australia who has tried and tested everything, seen it all and just want to help other people by making sure they are getting the right tools for their unique situation and business.

Not everything I will show or talk about here will be relevant to you and what your aiming for! That's totally NORMAL! In fact, if someone was just buying everything I talk about I would like to meet them (If they're a man of course!) because I'm single and you evidently have enough money for the both of us!!

I hope in the following year I really hope we can build a community of real people who want to succeed and be happy! If that's not you I can refer you to a few Guru's who will be able to take you for a ride!
